Once the page has loaded, you can build forms, collect submissions, and export files with zero signal. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.

Does fieldform sync my data to the cloud?

No, and it is honest about that. There is no server and no cloud sync — that would require a backend fieldform deliberately does not have. Your submissions are saved only in this browser's local storage. To move data off the device you export it: submissions to CSV or JSON, and the form itself to a JSON file you can share. The handoff is export, not sync.

How do I share a form I built with a colleague?

Use Export form to download the form definition as a small JSON file, then send that file however you like — email, chat, a USB stick, or a shared drive. Your colleague opens fieldform, chooses Import form, and picks the file. The form rebuilds exactly, ready to collect. Because it is just a file, this works with no shared server.

Will my CSV export open cleanly if my answers contain commas or quotes?

Yes. fieldform escapes CSV output to RFC 4180: any value containing a comma, double-quote, or line break is wrapped in quotes and embedded quotes are doubled, so it imports correctly into Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet without breaking columns.
