How the per-sq-ft split works

Each flat pays the total budget times its area divided by the total area. Example: a ₹30,000 bill across flats of 1200, 800 and 1000 sq ft is split ₹12,000 / ₹8,000 / ₹10,000. Rounded shares are reconciled with a largest-remainder step so the parts always sum back to ₹30,000.

By square feet (area-weighted), equal per flat, or a custom weight you set per flat — chosen per bill. GST and interest are never assumed; enter any such amount yourself.
