We set pricing on a short discovery call and bill it as a simple monthly subscription — sized to how many units you run. Early users get founder terms.

Built for the small landlord, not the property empire.
KiraayaBook is for the owner of a handful of units — four flats, a single building, a 15-bed PG. Big enough that chasing rent eats your evenings; small enough that a property-management suite is overkill and overpriced. If you're currently running it on WhatsApp and a diary, this is for you.
Does it actually send messages, or just remind me to?
KiraayaBook drafts each reminder — personalised, with the tenant's name, month and balance — and stages it in your outbox on schedule. You send from your own number with a tap, so it always looks like it came from you, not a robot.
My tenants pay by cash and UPI. Does that work?
Yes. Mark a cash payment as received and the due clears and a receipt goes out, same as UPI. KiraayaBook tracks the balance — it doesn't force a single payment rail on your tenants.
I'm not very techy. How long to set up?
An evening. You add each unit, tenant, rent and due day once. After that the monthly cycle runs on its own — the whole point is that you stop doing the setup work every month.
What does it cost?
Pricing is worked out on a quick discovery call and billed monthly on subscription. We're keeping public prices off the page while we onboard our first users.
