The diary can't tell you who's free
A new booking comes in and you flip pages to work out which driver and which car are actually free at 6pm. Sometimes you double-book the same Innova.
WhatsApp is not a dispatch board
Trip details, driver replies and "reached, sir" pings are scattered across a group. By afternoon nobody can say what's still unassigned or ongoing.
Advance in, balance forgotten
The advance was taken at booking; the balance is meant to be collected at drop-off. Some drivers collect, some forget, and the ledger is a scrap of paper.

The driver calls from the road to ask the fare and the balance. Without a duty slip in his hand, the amount at drop-off is whatever he remembers.

The bookings are known a day ahead — same cars, same drivers, a fare on every trip. Only the juggling is manual, and it's the juggling that drops the ball.
SafarBook's whole job is to put that juggling on one screen: book the trip, assign the driver and car, track the advance and balance, print the duty slip — so at 7am the board shows every car out and every rupee tracked, without anyone reconstructing it from WhatsApp.

Does it send the booking confirmation and duty slip itself?
SafarBook drafts every message — the customer's booking confirmation, the payment note when money comes in, and the driver's duty slip — and stages it in your outbox. You send from your own number with a tap, so it always looks like it came from your office, not a robot.
We take cash advances and UPI on the way back. Does that work?
Yes. Record an advance when the booking is made and record the balance when the driver collects it — cash or UPI, doesn't matter. SafarBook keeps the balance = fare minus advance up to date, so you always know exactly what each driver has to collect.
What is a duty slip and does the driver need it?
A duty slip is the numbered paper the driver carries for a trip: the guest, the route, the trip type, and exactly how much balance to collect. SafarBook prints it from the trip detail and queues a copy to the driver, so nobody argues about the amount at drop-off.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon. You add your drivers and vehicles once, then start booking trips. The dispatch board is populated from day one — today's trips, who still needs a driver, what's ongoing, and every pending balance across the book.
