Bookings, payments & deliveries — in one book

Every shoot,
paid and delivered.

The shoot was gorgeous. Then the advance, the shoot-day balance and the album deadline all live in your head and a WhatsApp thread. StudioBook holds every booking — who's paid what, and which album is due — so nothing slips after the wedding.

01 · The problem

You shoot the wedding.
The follow-up shoots you.

You booked twelve weddings this season. Each one is an advance, a shoot-day balance, an album deadline and a client who'll ask "photos kab tak?" — and it all lives in a chat thread, a notes app, and your memory. All three quietly leak.

The final balance is easy to forget

Advance came in months ago. The album-delivery balance is the one you actually forget to collect — you hand over the album and the last payment just... drifts.

Album deadlines slip silently

"Four to six weeks" turns into three months. There's no single list telling you which albums are due this week and which have already gone overdue.

Every shoot is a separate WhatsApp thread

Ten live weddings, ten scattered chats. Reconstructing who's paid what and what you still owe them means scrolling through months of messages.

You're an artist, not an accounts clerk

The part you love is the shoot and the edit. Chasing balances and deadlines is the part that eats your evenings and dents client goodwill.

02 · The insight

A shoot isn't one payment on one day — it's a timeline: advance, shoot-day, album balance, each with its own deadline — yet it's tracked in your head.

StudioBook's whole job is to make that timeline the app: book the shoot, split it into milestones and deliverables with dates, and let it chase the balances and album deadlines for you — so the money and the album both land, without you being the reminder.

03 · How it works

Book it once. StudioBook tracks it to delivery.

  1. 1

    Book the shoot

Add the client, event type, shoot date, venue and package amount. One card now holds the whole engagement, start to album.

  2. 2

    Split it into payment milestones

Booking advance, shoot-day payment, album-delivery balance — each with a due date and a paid amount. Record a payment and the balance updates.

  3. 3

    Track the deliverables

Edited photos, the album, reels — each with a delivery deadline. StudioBook surfaces what's due soon and flags anything overdue.

  4. 4

    Send the nudge on WhatsApp

A pending balance or an approaching album deadline drafts a reminder to your outbox — ready to send from your own number with a tap.

04 · What's inside

Your whole shoot pipeline, in one book.

Shoot bookings

Client, event type, shoot date, venue and package amount on one card — every live wedding and event in a single list.

Payment milestones

Split each package into a booking advance, shoot-day and album balance, each with its own due date and paid amount.

Record payments

Mark a milestone paid by UPI or cash. The outstanding balance recalculates instantly across the booking and the dashboard.

Deliverable deadlines

Edited photos, album and reels each carry a delivery deadline — so nothing due this week hides behind an old booking.

Overdue album flag

An album past its deadline turns red on the dashboard and stops being a thing you only remember when the client asks.

WhatsApp reminders

Pending balances and approaching or overdue album deadlines draft a personalised nudge straight to your outbox.

05 · The dashboard

Open it Monday. See every shoot's money and deadline.

06 · Pricing

Simple subscription. However many shoots you run.

If StudioBook catches one forgotten album balance a season that would otherwise have drifted, it's already paid for itself many times over — and you've bought back the evenings you spend chasing payments and deadlines.

  • Unlimited bookings & clients
  • Milestone payments + record UPI / cash
  • Deliverable deadlines + overdue album flag
  • WhatsApp reminders for balances & deadlines

07 · Who it's for & questions

Built for the studio that shoots, not the enterprise that files.

StudioBook is for wedding & event photographers and videographers — a solo shooter or a small team running a dozen live weddings. Big enough that tracking advances and album deadlines eats your week; small enough that a full CRM suite is overkill. If you're running it on WhatsApp and memory, this is for you.

Wedding photographers Videographers Event & corporate shoots Small studios & solos
Does StudioBook actually send the WhatsApp reminders?

StudioBook drafts each reminder — personalised, with the client's name, the pending balance or the album deadline — and stages it in your outbox. You send it from your own number with a tap, so it always reads like it came from you, not a robot.

How do payment milestones work?

Every booking's package is split into milestones — typically a booking advance, a shoot-day payment and an album-delivery balance — each with its own due date and paid amount. Record a payment (UPI or cash) and the milestone clears; the outstanding balance updates instantly across the dashboard.

Can it track album and reel delivery deadlines?

Yes. Each booking carries its deliverables — edited photos, the album, reels — with a delivery deadline. The dashboard surfaces what's due soon and flags any album that has gone overdue, so a delivery never quietly slips past its date.

I run a small studio. Is this overkill?

It's built for exactly that — a solo photographer or a small team juggling a dozen live weddings. Add each booking once and StudioBook keeps the whole pipeline: who's paid what, which album is due, and who needs a nudge today.

What does it cost?

Pricing is worked out on a quick discovery call and billed monthly on subscription. We're keeping public prices off the page while we onboard our first studios.
