Do I have to change how I record the day?

No. You still note who came and what you bought — you just note it against a site. ThekaBook does the totalling and the P&L for you.

Will my mistri need to learn it?

No. You enter the muster and bills yourself, the same entries you already put in the diary. The mistri keeps sending photos on WhatsApp; you log them in seconds.

What if I only run two sites?

Then you'll see two site P&Ls instead of five. The value is the running-cost-vs-budget number, and that helps from your very first site.
