Does vitalsheet send my readings anywhere?

Accepted Answer

No. A strict Content-Security-Policy sets connect-src 'none', so the page cannot make any network request. Your readings live only in this browser's local storage and are never uploaded. Regular CSV or JSON export is the only backup.

How do I make a printable BP log sheet for my next appointment?

Log your readings, optionally set a date range and add a name and date of birth (kept only on your device), then choose Print / save as PDF. The A4 sheet shows a dated table, the 7-day and 30-day averages, a blank clinician-notes column and the sources with verified-on dates.

Does vitalsheet tell me if my blood pressure or sugar is bad?

Accepted Answer

No. It is not a medical device and gives no advice. It shows the plain arithmetic average of what you logged and, if you want, tags each reading with published reference-band wording (ACC/AHA blood-pressure categories, the ADA glucose target, WHO BMI classes) quoted verbatim with a verified-on date. It never answers 'is this bad?' — take all interpretation to your clinician.

Can I convert glucose between mg/dL and mmol/L?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enter glucose in mg/dL and toggle the mmol/L display; vitalsheet divides by 18.016 (the glucose molar-mass factor) and rounds to one decimal place.
